Returns & Refunds

At Floréane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Final sale items marked "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned
  • Personalized or altered items are not eligible for return

Return Process

  1. Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible
  2. Include the original packing slip or order confirmation
  3. Ship your return to the address provided in your return confirmation
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

For size exchanges, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size. We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend declaring the package as a return to avoid additional charges.
